Tarkeo is a locally operating application. We do not run a server, a user account, or a central archive. All inspection reports, company details and signatures you create are stored only on your device. We do not send this data to our servers.
2.1 Content stored on the device (inspection reports, company details, customer details, signatures, photos): stays on your device. We cannot access it.
2.2 Purchase data: subscriptions are processed and stored by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). The store handles your payment and subscription data under its own privacy policy. We only see the aggregated settlement/sales data the store passes to us — not your payment instrument details.
2.3 Voluntary feedback: if you send feedback through the app, it is sent by email to modern.atelier.uae@gmail.com using your own email client. We process your message only to respond to your feedback.
2.4 We do not collect usage or analytics data and we do not track users.
The app requests camera access to take photos of the work site and microphone access for dictation (speech to text). Photos are stored on your device. Dictation uses your device's own speech recognition. We do not store or send audio or images to our servers.
When you deliver a completed report (PDF), delivery happens via your device's own share function (e.g. email). You are the sender; we neither relay nor store these deliveries.
We do not transfer data stored on your device to third parties. For purchases, data is processed within Apple's/Google's infrastructure under their terms. Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, and to restrict and object to processing. Because your device's content is solely in your control, you can delete it yourself directly in the app or by uninstalling the app. For feedback emails, you can request erasure of your data at modern.atelier.uae@gmail.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Finland, the Data Protection Ombudsman).
